The Taikon 5 Range Extender Hybrid is a plug-in hybrid — charge it at home and run on electric power and when the battery runs low, the engine takes over automatically. You never notice the switch. You just keep driving. Electric mode — commutes, school runs, errands Plug in overnight. Most daily driving runs on battery alone, up to 170km1 (WLTP) Range pure electric. Hybrid mode — long weekends, road trips, anywhere When the battery is low, the engine extends your total range up to 937km1 combined (WLTP) Range. Fill up at any servo, no planning required.
